We will NEVER send your resumé to a client unless you’ve gone through our thorough screening process and have agreed that you’d like to be on the shortlist of candidates presented to our client. At that time, we’ll work with you to customize your resume for the particular position you’re applying for and continue to communicate extensively throughout the process by preparing you for the phone or face to face interview, feedback after the interview and–finally and ideally–to the offer stage. We understand the tax world and how small a community it is. We’ll get creative if necessary to arrange offsite interviews or initial meetings to again ensure that your confidentiality is not jeopardized.
